Getting students library access just got easier!
CLASS Project, or “Connecting Libraries and Schools for Success,” uses students' school identification numbers (lunch numbers) and school staff UID numbers instead of separate library cards. With their CLASS Project account, students and school staff can:
-
Access NHCPL research databases 24/7 anywhere you have an internet connection and your student/school ID number
-
Borrow digital materials such as e-books, e-audiobooks, and e-magazines
-
Borrow up to 5 print books, or audiobooks, or magazines at a time (no DVDs or music CDs) - Login to renew books using your student/staff ID number and PIN (the last 4 digits of that number)
-
There are no overdue fines or fees for CLASS Project accounts.
The information above pertains to students and staff of NHCS, but the library is open to a similar partnership with any charter, or private school in New Hanover County.
